Lotus Announces Private Placement

The Offering will consist of up to 2,000,000 units (“Units”) at a purchase price of $0.50 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (“Common Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Common Share for a period of five years from the date of issuance, at a purchase price of $0.70. The company may pay a 5% cash finders fee. The Offering is expected to close on or before December 30, 2017. The proceeds from the Offering will be used for working capital and to fund the construction of the first production facility.
